How do I join Gudogo Fam?

Joining Gudogo Fam is simple! Just create an account on our website, and you'll automatically become part of the program. If you already have an account, you're already in!

How and when will I receive my birthday reward points?

Sign up and enter your birthday details at least one month in advance. Points will automatically be credited to your account at 12 AM on your birthday. Don’t miss out—plan ahead and let us celebrate with you!

Can I use my points as a discount on my purchase?

Yes! You can convert your points into coupons. To activate the points conversion feature in your account, you need to have a minimum of 100 points.

How do I start earning Gudogo Points once I join?

You can earn points in several ways:

  • Shopping Online: Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent.
  • Birthday Reward: Receive 1,000 points during your birthday month.
  • Referring a Friend: Share your unique referral link, and both you and your friend will earn RM5 Off coupon when they make their first purchase.

How can I redeem my Gudogo Points for rewards?

You can redeem your points directly in your account under the Rewards tab. Here’s what you can get:

  • Free Shipping: 1,000 points
  • RM10 Discount: 2,000 points
  • RM50 Discount: 10,000 points
  • RM100 Discount: 20,000 points

Can I earn Gudogo Points when I shop at a pharmacy?

Currently, Gudogo Points can only be earned through purchases made on our official website.

Do my Gudogo Points ever expire?

No, your Gudogo Points do not expire! You can save them and redeem rewards whenever you're ready.

I just placed an order, signed up, but don’t see any points in my account. What should I do?

Don’t worry! Please allow a few minutes for our system to process your activity. If the points are still not reflected in your account after 24 hours, contact us at team@gudogo.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you.

What happens if my order is returned or canceled?

If an order is returned or canceled, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance.

How does the refer-a-friend program work?

Log in to your Gudogo Fam account, go to the Rewards tab, and select "Refer Your Friends." Share your personalized referral link with friends. When your friend places their first order, you’ll both receive RM 5 Off coupon as a thank-you!
