At gudogo®, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please read the conditions below for refund eligibility.
1. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The request is made within 5 days of receiving your order
- The product is unopened and sealed in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Products that are opened, used, or with broken seals are not eligible for a refund, in line with health and safety standards for consumable supplements.
2. How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, email us at gudogo.my@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
3. Refund Method
Any refunds processed shall be made via the original payment method used at checkout, to ensure accurate and secure tracking of money movement. Refunds cannot be issued to a different account or payment method.
4. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Opened or used products
- Items without proof of purchase
- Promotional or free gift items received as part of a bundle
